I love sorrento, I love Hotel Gardenia!

I found Hotel Gardenia in Frommer's Guide "Amalfi Coast." We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel provides free parking, which is a big plus in Italy. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was quite good. We used Sorreno to explore the cities on the Amalfi Coast. There is also an excellent laundromat on the oppisite side of the street as you head into town. We will be back in October ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gardenia The staff were very accomodating and Gaetano and his wife were extremely helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were very clean with a regular maid service, the food was gopod and the hotel was close to all amenities. We would thoroughly recommend a stay in this hotel for anyone. Thanks again fro making our trip a memorable one

We had a wonderful 9 night stay at the Hotel Gardenia this month. It's a family run hotel with excellent staff, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The room was nicely decorated,had great facilities and was kept very clean during our stay. The hotel is well situated, being just a ten minute walk from the centre of Sorrento. We would strongly recommend this hotel, which was excellent value for money.

We have just returned from a holiday in Sorrento, our stay at the Gardenia Hotel was wonderful, the staff were very helpful and friendly,the Hotel has a very high standard of housekeeping and the selection of food for breakfast was excellent. The Manager and his wife went way beyond the call of duty in helping us out with an unexpected problem, they are to be praised for their attention to detail and sense of duty.A wonderful holiday!

Questa estate siamo stati all'hotel Gardenia, e abbiamo trovato un ambiente trovato serio, ospitale e familiare. Pensano di ritornare al più presto per vivere momenti indimenticabili con persone speciali.

Un merveilleux hasard nous a amnenés ma famille et moi au Gardenia. Nous avons été accueillis comme des amis dans un français parfait. L'insonorisation et la climatisation sont particulièrement efficaces. Les petits-déjeuners à tomber par terre!!! La voiture au parking nous avons tout visité par les transports en commun y compris Naples et Pompéi Nos hôtes sont pleins de ressources, n'hésitez pas à exprimer vos besoins, ils trouveront

Sheila & l have stayed at the Gardenia every year since 2002 & return again this year in August. The Gardenia is a small intimate family owned hotel with very friendly-helpful and charming staff / owners. Breakfast offers a variety of choice and the hotel / rooms are clean with a very high standard of ' housekeeping' All guests are made very welcome- a home from home. A three star hotel with 5 star service !!

Stayed at Hotel Gardenia for 10 days..Excellent service- family run operation. All reviews I have read on this hotel are accurate even the complaint about the plywood on the balcony. I would recommend this hotel for budget travelers. You won't be disappointed
